Executive Assistant
We're seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our small business specializing in floral design, wedding planning, event rentals and bouquet preservation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling diverse responsibilities—from administrative tasks and client communications to occasional personal errands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as support for both personal and professional needs, adjusting priorities as tasks change.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and occasional errands.

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media

  • Assist with vendor communications and coordination

  • Organize and maintain files and digital records

  • Support with marketing tasks such as social media posting and blog drafts

  • Assist with organizing and preparing documents, presentations, or project-related materials.

  • Offer support by reviewing items and confirming accuracy or completion.

  • Exercise discretion and adaptivity when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

  • Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Canva, QuickBooks, etc.)

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

  • Previous experience in events or creative industries is a plus but not required

  • Must be cool with tiny creative assistants (aka kids) occasionally joining the fun—whether that means a quick hello or a curious question!

Additional Information:

  • This is a part time position

  • Compensation is hourly rate based on experience

  • Schedule is flexible
